Buried at Bedford NY Dec 22nd 1888. Disease consumption. Undertaker Hinman & Bro 17th St Near 5th Ave Brooklyn NY." Dan was with Brooklyn P.O. but don't know what capacity.

Barrett, Howard Frank (b. --Not Shown--)
Note: !Howard Frank Barrett was an attorney and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in
Sep 1942. He entered the U.S.Army in 1942; Pvt, Cpl, Platoon Sgt, Medical
Replacement Training Center. In July 1943 he entered Medical Officers Training
School and was commissioned 2nd Lt. in Nov 1943. In August 1944 he was Asst
Battalion Surgeon in the 68th Tank Battalion in Brittany France. He received
the Certificate of Merit Citation in November 1944. He became a 1st Lt. in
December 1944. He was wounded in Bastogne Belguim 9 Jan 1945 and received the
Purple Heart. He remained hospitalized until retirement 25 December 1945.
Howard was a lawyer in Madison, NJ until 1978 and resided at 37 Kings Road. He
retired to Lincolnville, ME, 04849 (telephone 207-236-2497). He has been a
Probate Judge in Lincolnville since 1972.
