for $3700.00 for farmland and house where Phineas now lives in Poundridge, two
pieces, one 33 acres from highway to Joe Hoyt's, 2nd south of highway, bounded
by Osborn place and James Stevens and Amos Dixon's 57 acres. Sealed Ezra

(3) 1837 Bedford Assessment List: 200 acres worth $3400.00, aged 50 years.
(4) 1850 Census Bedford: 62 year old farmer, $10000.00, wife Polly, 3 daughters
and two sons.
Phineas' will was made 4 Nov 1857 and was probated 3 Feb 1858. He died aged
