STARBUCK, Fred Irving, on September 21, 1976 at the age of 82 after a long
illness. Husband of Harriet Snelling Starbuck. Father of Mrs. Paul (Helen)
Ruedemann and Mrs. Ray (Polly) Sipherd. Brother of Mrs. Lester Whitaker. Also
surviving are two grandchildren. Services and Interment private. In lieu of
flowers contributions may be made to The Church in The Highlands.

Barrett, Moses St John (b. 30 MAY 1809, d. 19 AUG 1865)

Note: !Moses Barrett(7) was an educated farmer. He married first in the third Bedford
Presbyterian Church on the hill overlooking Bedford, on Cantatoe Road, by the
Rev. Green. Moses and Sarah, his second wife, lived in a large new home on
Broad Brook Road which still stands, east of his father's home.
1837 - Bedford Tax Roll - 75 acres $2000.00; $500.00 deducted for millery
1849 - Bedford Tax Roll - 92 acres; clerk of School District #5 $.75
1862 - Trustee of Buxton Cemetery

Nexsen, Elizabeth Mary Edwards (b. 20 MAY 1814, d. 7 MAY 1842)

Note: !Elizabeth Mary Edwards Nexsen was the 21st child of Elias Nexsen and his third
wife Catherine (Rice) Bailey. On 7 May 1842, at age 28, after Elizabeth had put
her three small ones to bed, arranged her domestic affairs, as it was Sunday,
and settled for the night, she said to Moses "my head feels very strange; please
bring me the camphor." She fainted and was called to the beyond.
