Barrett, Samuel T (b. 13 MAR 1820, d. 20 OCT 1879)

Note: !Samuel T. Barrett received his education in the Kent district schools. When a
young man he was engaged for a number of years in butchering and stock dealing;
and later he carried on merchandising at Farmers Mills, but spent the latter
part of his life in agricultural pursuits. In religious belief he was a Baptist
and in politics he was a Democrat (4). Samuel T. Barrett was Town of Kent
Supervisor (1861-1862). Children 3-11 in this database are mentioned in his
will of 25 Aug 1879, children 1-3 are not, but are in the census records. His
estate was probated 15 Dec 1879.
