Note: Two Identical Headstones: one in Weltonville Cemetery, next to Rev. Hiram C. Jacobs b. 12 Jan 1832 d. 26 Feb 1889 and his wife Sarah J. d. 21 May 1882 at age 50. On the side of the large monument for the Jacobs is inscribed, ÒSarah A., daughter of Russell J. & Sally A. Mead, died 3 Jan 1925 age 87y.Ó Another headstone in East Newark Cemetery, next to her daughter Eliza Belle Berkley.
